2.1 Account and Authentication Data

When you sign in using Google OAuth, we collect and store:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Profile avatar (if provided by Google)

This data is required to create and manage your user account.

2.2 User-Provided Content

When you use the Service, we process and store:

  • CSV files uploaded by you
  • Prompts and instructions submitted to generate dashboards
  • Generated dashboard code and visualizations
  • Payment informations (processed securely by Stripe)
  • Feedback, ratings and comments

Uploaded CSV files are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage.

2.3 Usage and Technical Data

We may automatically collect limited technical data necessary for the operation and security of the Service, such as:

  • IP address and location data
  • Logs related to authentication, usage, and errors
  • Browser and device information (in aggregated form)

3. How We Use Your Data

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • To provide access to the Service and authenticate users
  • To generate dashboards, data visualizations, and code based on your inputs
  • To manage subscriptions, plans, and usage limits
  • To operate, maintain, and secure the platform
  • To respond to support requests and user feedback
  • To comply with legal and accounting obligations

We process personal data under the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract: providing and operating the Service you request

5. Use of Third-Party Services

To generate dashboards and code, we transmit limited data to external AI service providers :

  • Google Gemini

The transmitted data may include:

  • Uploaded CSV files or their inferred structure
  • Prompts and instructions

These providers process data solely for the purpose of returning generated code or outputs. Your data is not used by us to train AI models.

Premium subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe acts as a data processor for payment-related information such as billing details and transaction records. Stripe is responsible for storing and securing this information in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Payment Processing and Stripe

Payments for Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe, a payment service provider compliant with PCI DSS standards.

  • QuickBoardAI does not store or process full payment card details. Payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe, which is responsible for handling and securing this data.
  • QuickBoardAI receives limited billing-related information, such as payment status, subscription details, and invoice references, for the sole purpose of managing subscriptions and accounting obligations.
  • The collection and use of payment information are governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy.

7. Data Storage and Retention

  • CSV files and dashboard-related data are stored as long as your account is active
  • If you delete your account, all associated data is deleted immediately
  • Billing and accounting records are retained as required by applicable law
  • You may provide feedback, ratings, or comments directly within the Service. If you delete your account, any feedback previously submitted may be retained for product improvement and analytical purposes. In such cases, the feedback is permanently anonymized and can no longer be associated with you or any identifiable individual. Once anonymized, this data is no longer considered personal data and may be retained indefinitely.

8. User Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Export your data at any time
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Restrict or object to certain processing activities You can exercise most of these rights directly from the application interface or by contacting us.

9. Account Deletion and Data Erasure

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion:

  • All user data (files, prompts, dashboards) is permanently deleted
  • Active subscriptions remain valid until the end of the current billing period
  • Legally required records (e.g. invoices) are retained
  • Feedbacks, ratings, or comments are retained and anonymized

10. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including secure authentication, access controls, and encrypted communications.

11. International Data Transfers

Some third-party service providers may process data outside the European Union. In such cases, appropriate safeguards are implemented in accordance with GDPR requirements, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

12. Age Requirement

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuickBoardAI platform (the "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

QuickBoardAI is an AI-powered data analytics platform that allows users to:

  • Upload CSV files
  • Submit prompts and instructions
  • Generate dashboards, data visualizations, and Python code using AI

The Service is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure.

3. Account Registration and Access

Access to the Service requires authentication via a Google account. Upon first registration, users are automatically assigned to the Free plan. Acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy is mandatory to use the Service, except for:

  • Exporting personal data
  • Deleting the user account

The Service is intended for users aged 16 or older.

4. Plans and Subscriptions

4.1 Free Plan

  • Up to 5 dashboards
  • 25 MB of file storage
  • 250,000 usage credits

4.2 Premium Plan (249€/month)

  • Unlimited dashboards
  • 1 GB of file storage
  • 1,000,000 usage credits

Each prompt submitted consumes usage credits.

5. Billing and Payments

Payments for the Premium plan are processed via Stripe.

  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis, in advance, and automatically renew each month unless canceled before the end of the current billing period
  • You may cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time
  • You may update your payment method at any time
  • No refunds are provided

If you cancel a paid subscription without deleting your account:

  • Access to paid features remains available until the end of the current billing period
  • Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period

If you delete your account:

  • Your subscription is immediately terminated
  • Access to paid features ends at the time of deletion
  • No prorated refunds are issued for any unused portion of the billing period

By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge that the Service is provided immediately and that you expressly waive any statutory right of withdrawal, where applicable.

6. User Content and Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of:

  • Uploaded CSV files
  • Prompts and instructions
  • Generated dashboards and code

By using the Service, you grant QuickBoardAI a limited license to process this data solely to operate and provide the Service.

7. Use of AI Services

To generate outputs, QuickBoardAI transmits relevant data (files, structures, prompts) to external AI providers such as Google Gemini. QuickBoardAI does not use user data to train AI models.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the Service
  • Circumvent usage limits or credit systems
  • Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes

9. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

QuickBoardAI provides analytical tools and generated outputs for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for decisions, actions, or losses resulting from the use of dashboards, code, or insights generated by the Service.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to the Service or Terms

We may update or modify the Service and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the laws of the country where the service operator is established.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available on QuickBoardAI (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software) are the exclusive property of Hugo Bonifay and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and international conventions. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

The services provided by QuickBoardAI are offered “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. The publisher shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

Personal Data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the website.

Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, users are invited to contact the publisher to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. In accordance with applicable law, disputes may be referred to the competent courts of the publisher’s registered office.
